I'm Melissa

I am a health + wellness coach, soon-to-be a certified nutrition specialist, and hold a Master's of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.

I am dedicated to help performance athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and their families perform at peak levels by forming healthy food, nutrition, and movement related behaviors. ​

My Story

I am a working dance artist and have been a lifelong mover. As a fitness enthusiast, I've experimented with a variety to workout types ranging from 1/2 marathon training, Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training Workouts, traditional weightlifting, and more!

Over the past seven years in particular, I've noticed a drastic improvement to my athleticism and performance quality which I attribute to proper eating, fueling, and mindfulness habits.

I'm a people person and having worked in customer service for a number of years, I love to connect with people and support their eating patterns.

I embody the concepts of balance as much as I can; it's a quality instilled in me since childhood.
