These classes focus on breath and are designed for mindful morning movement. Flows are intended to help wake up the body, curating breath and mindfulness for the day ahead. Each 45-minute class will have a different theme and offered guiding thought. A general understanding of yoga poses + movement is helpful and not required.
30-minute consultations must be booked at least 24 hours before the requested day/time. this is to ensure adequate time for preparation and reduce chances of overlapping meetings. cancellations + reschedules must be requested 12 hours before the confirmed consultation time. there are no refunds only reschedules. virtual yoga sesh bookings are accepted up to 60-minutes before a sesh is scheduled to start. cancellations and reschedules must be made 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
