These classes focus on breath + aligned movement and are designed to make space for strength and length in your body. Each class will have a different theme, offered guiding thought, work multiple muscle groups through movement and breath at a moderate pace. A general understanding of yoga poses + movement is helpful and not required.
Private Yoga Sesh must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and Melissa maintains the ability to reschedule should her schedule require it. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the confirmed session. Virtual Yoga Sesh bookings are accepted up to 60-minutes before a sesh is scheduled to start. cancellations and reschedules must be made 12 hours before the scheduled start time. 15-minute Strategy Calls and Nutrition Education/Coaching Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before the requested day/time. This ensures adequate time for preparation and reduces the chance of overlapping meetings. Cancellations + reschedules must be requested 12 hours before the confirmed consultation time. There are no refunds only reschedules.
